Laxmedals.com has been selected to provide the team championship awards for the Men’s and Women’s division champions for The Las Vegas Tournament. “The sport of lacrosse just continues to pop up in great venues and what better place to attract a bunch of lacrosse players than Las Vegas.” Says Mike Rogers, President of Laxmedals.com. “We thought our Heritage plaques with custom plates would be a perfect presentation award for the event champions. We are excited to be part of The Las Vegas Lacrosse tournament for years to come.”
Laxmedals.com returned to Philadelphia to participate in the 2014 US Lacrosse Convention Expo to display it’s array of custom medal products featuring the new All-American plaques. “The response couldn’t have been more energetic and enthusiastic for our products.” Reported Mike Rogers, President of Laxmedals.com. “We certainly turned lots of heads with our collection of medals this year we never seem to get enough of the “So glad we found you…” comments it really made our weekend memorable” The new All-American plaques were the featured new product in 2014, which were created to fill a void in the product inventory often asked for by Laxmedals.com customers. “We received many compliments on our Heritage plaque this past year, but there was some need for an award plaque of exceptional quality and uniqueness that could be customized on the front as well and on the reverse. We added a mens and womens plaque that has a small insert on the front that is engraved with custom messages and logos. The plaques were really a hit at the show and we are planning on presenting many of these to lacrosse champions around the world in the coming years.”
Laxmedals.com has presented the US Lacrosse Foundation with a proposal for the 2014 US Lacrosse regional championship series. “Laxmedals.com has always been a supporter of the US Lacrosse events and hopes to continue the partnership in 2014.” Says Mike Rogers, president of Laxmedals.com. They are the governing body of the sport of lacrosse and the exposure of our products to the lacrosse community through US Lacrosse is unmatched. I honestly do not think anyone could beat our medal designs for 2014 they will be tight and of course we take extraordinary measures to ensure our products are provided to US Lacrosse at the best value. Our relationship with US Lacrosse is extremely important to our mission.”

Laxmedals.com would like to wish everyone a happy holiday and a happy and healthy New Year in 2014. Laxmedals is celebrating the season with a new holiday card to be shared with its clients and friends. Laxmedals artist Casey Reeder was commissioned to create this years holiday card. When asked about how this years card design was chosen Laxmedals.com president, Mike Rogers, says “Casey does some amazing work for us during the year and she has drawn a collection of unique Finish Reindeer art we thought captured the winter and holiday spirit. I simply suggested it would be cool if one of her reindeer were wearing a medal with his name on it…like as if it was presented to him by Santa. She nailed it! I would recommend anyone looking for custom illustrations to contact Casey at Caseyreeder.com.”
Laxmedals.com is again honored to be part of the National Lacrosse Classic presented by Level 2 Lacrosse. For the women’s championships Laxmedals.com designed a 4 inch x 3 inch coin for presentation to the tournament’s finalists and champions. “My mission to the design team is simple for all of our medals; make me and the client go “wow”. And I think we nailed it with this one.” Says Mike Rogers, President of Laxmedals.com. “The artwork captures the intensity and grace of the female lacrosse player I am sure any lacrosse player would appreciate this medal. The National Lacrosse Classic is the nation’s premier high school recruiting showcase and we are proud to be a part of it.”
Lacrosse once had to only worry about the occasional storm in the Spring to interrupt play but as the sport has expanded into the later seasons the risk of encountering cold wintry weather has become a constant worry for tournament directors. An usually early cold front sweeping the United States has unfortunately affected our partner’s event down in Dallas cancelling all games today. We are hoping for clear skies so the competition can be completed for your friends. Hang in there Dallas Lacrosse!
