Laxmedals.com has presented the US Lacrosse Foundation with a proposal for the 2014 US Lacrosse regional championship series. “Laxmedals.com has always been a supporter of the US Lacrosse events and hopes to continue the partnership in 2014.”  Says Mike Rogers, president of Laxmedals.com. Rogers is hopeful the US Lacrosse event staff will chose its designs among a large pool of competitive submissions. “Everyone would love to be the supplier of award medals to US Lacrosse. They are the governing body of the sport of lacrosse and the exposure of our products to the lacrosse community through US Lacrosse is unmatched. I honestly do not think anyone could beat our medal designs for 2014 they will be tight and of course we take extraordinary measures to ensure our products are provided to US Lacrosse at the best value. Our relationship with US Lacrosse is extremely important to our mission.”

Laxmedals will be exhibiting at the upcoming US Lacrosse convention in Philadelphia January 10th and 11th booth 643.

1928 BALTIMORE CITY LACROSSE CHAMPIONSHIP LACROSSE MEDAL

Presented to Douglas Stone in recognition of the 1928 Friend’s School Varsity Boy’s Lacrosse Baltimore City Athletic League championship. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 29, 1911, Douglas attended Johns Hopkins and was a member of the 1932 Hopkins Lacrosse team, which participated in the Olympic Games lacrosse exhibition in Los Angeles. Reverse engraved “City Championship 1928” and then the initials “D.H.S.” by his hand. Manufacturer was the Robbins Company, Attleboro, Mass. Color gold with blue drape ribbon. Measures 1.75 x 1 inches.

National Lacrosse Classic Women’s Championship and Finalist Coins

For the women’s championships Laxmedals.com designed a 4 inch x 3 inch coin for presentation to the tournament’s finalists and champions. “My mission to the design team is simple for all of our medals; make me and the client go “wow”. And I think we nailed it with this one.” Says Mike Rogers, President of Laxmedals.com. “The artwork captures the intensity and grace of the female lacrosse player I am sure any lacrosse player would appreciate this medal. Lacrosse once had to only worry about the occasional storm in the Spring to interrupt play but as the sport has expanded into the later seasons the risk of encountering cold wintry weather has become a constant worry for tournament directors. An usually early cold front sweeping the United States has unfortunately affected our partner’s event down in Dallas cancelling all games today. 2014 Brogden Cup presented by Level 2 Sports

Laxmedals is proud to have begun production of the 2014 Brogden Cup Lacrosse Championship award medals. The medals will feature the Laxmedals classic “Traditions” artwork with a custom event lanyard. The Brogden Cup is presented by Level 2 Sports, LLC located in Owings Mills, Maryland.

The Brogden Cup is an historical and meaningful lacrosse event promoting international fellowship between the United States of America and Canada and is a preview of the top U19 lacrosse players in North America . The three-game Brogden Cup series named for H. McCullough Brogden, who was a member of the 1932 and 1933 Johns Hopkins University teams and the 1932 Olympic team.  “To be asked to be part of such a prestigious event between the world’s great lacrosse super powers is an honor.”  Says Mike Rogers, President of Laxmedals.com. “Level 2 Sports continues to take lacrosse in new and exciting directions and produces the finest lacrosse events. Laxmedals.com to design medal for 2014 FIL World Championships in Denver, Colorado

The governing board of the Federation of International Lacrosse has accepted Laxmedals.com proposal for providing the championship award medals for the 2014 Lacrosse World Games. The games will be hosted by the United States in Denver Colorado in the summer of 2014. Laxmedals.com has agreed to provide all services at no cost to the FIL to help support the non-profit mission of bringing lacrosse to fans around the world. Laxmedals.com has provided the FIL with several championship series medals most recently for the 2013 U-19 championship medals that were played in Tukru, Finland.
